Privacy policy

This policy covers the website and the early-access list only. The PhotoAlbumsMesh apps are not released yet; the apps have their own privacy policy. How they are designed to handle your photos is explained on the privacy and security page.

Who we are

PhotoAlbumsMesh is an app made by Volodymyr Usov, Tampa, Florida, USA. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect on this website

• No cookies. This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking.
• No analytics and no advertising. We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels or advertising networks.
• Nothing from other companies. Fonts, pictures and scripts all come from our own site.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, may keep standard logs of requests, including your internet address, for security and to keep the site running.

The early-access list

If you join the list, we keep:

• your email address,
• the plan you were interested in, if you came from a plan page,
• the short tag from the link you followed, if it had one (for example ?ref=reddit), so we know which places people come from,
• the date you joined.

We use this only to email you about PhotoAlbumsMesh's release and early testing. We never sell or share your address for anyone's marketing. The list is stored in Microsoft Azure in the United States.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until we stop the early-access list. Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

This website and the early-access list are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has joined the list, write to us and we will delete the address.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects the early-access list, we will email the people on it.
